ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งานระบบ One-Planning
📋 ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน
  1. ระบบ One-Planning ใช้สำหรับจัดทำ ส่ง และอนุมัติโครงการภายในหน่วยงานเท่านั้น
  2. ผู้ใช้ต้องลงทะเบียนด้วยข้อมูลจริง ถูกต้อง และเป็นข้อมูลของตนเอง
  3. ผู้ใช้ต้องรักษาความลับของบัญชีและไม่ใช้งานแทนบุคคลอื่น
  4. ห้ามนำข้อมูลโครงการ เอกสาร หรือข้อมูลในระบบไปเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
  5. การเข้าถึงข้อมูลเป็นไปตามสิทธิ์ที่หน่วยงานกำหนด (Role-based Access)
  6. ระบบบันทึกประวัติการใช้งาน (Logs) เพื่อความปลอดภัยและตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง
  7. ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิ์ระงับการใช้งานกรณีพบการละเมิด เฝ้าระวัง หรือพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง
  8. ระบบอาจมีการอัปเดต ปรับปรุง หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้บริการตามความจำเป็นของหน่วยงาน
🔒 นโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

1. การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล

ระบบเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น ชื่อ–สกุล หน่วยงาน อีเมล เบอร์โทร และประวัติการใช้งานระบบ

2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล

ข้อมูลถูกใช้เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน ประมวลผลคำขออนุมัติโครงการ การบริหารงานภายใน และจัดทำรายงาน

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

ข้อมูลอาจถูกเปิดเผยแก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องตามหน้าที่ เช่น ผู้ตรวจสอบ ผู้อนุมัติ ผู้ดูแลระบบ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกฎหมาย

4. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย

ระบบใช้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น การเข้ารหัส การจำกัดสิทธิ์ การตรวจสอบ Log และมาตรการป้องกันภัยคุกคาม

5. การปกป้องข้อมูล

ข้อมูลจะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยแก่บุคคลภายนอก ยกเว้นกรณีจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย สัญญา หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงาน

6. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ผู้ใช้มีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข ขอรับสำเนา หรือขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนได้ตาม PDPA

7. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บรักษาเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อภารกิจราชการ การตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง และจะถูกลบเมื่อหมดความจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย

หมายเหตุ: การใช้งานระบบถือว่าท่านได้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขข้างต้นทั้งหมด
